In-stock items typically arrive within 3–7 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email from Asparkii with your tracking number so you can follow your package along the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges on eligible unused items 💖

For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at asparkiicandles@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 24 hours and provide the most suitable solution, including return or exchange instructions when applicable.
