Orders ship from San Francisco, California via USPS Ground Shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Standard shipping is $6 USD, and orders of $60 USD or more qualify for free shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. If you need your order sooner, contact us at asparkiicandles@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to prioritize it whenever possible.

We offer 30-day returns and exchanges on eligible items that are unopened and unused.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged. For non-defective returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Eligible cases may receive a replacement or full refund.

Refunds typically appear in the original payment account within 1–7 business days after processing.

Asparkii low-temperature candles are made with a carefully selected blend of soy wax and paraffin wax and are designed for body contact and low-temperature wax play.

They melt at approximately 108°F–126°F (42–52°C).

We recommend performing a small patch test before use, especially if you have sensitive skin. Our candles are not edible and are not skincare products.

Start with a small patch test and a gentler sensation. Dripping closer to the body generally feels warmer, while dripping from higher up gives the wax more time to cool.

Avoid the face, eyes, broken or irritated skin, and other highly sensitive areas.

Once the wax has cooled and hardened, it can usually be gently peeled from the skin. Every Asparkii candle also includes a complimentary disposable bed sheet to help make cleanup easier.

Styles marked B and C feature both fluorescent and glow-in-the-dark effects. After being charged with UV light, they can continue glowing in the dark even after the UV light is turned off.

All B and C styles include a complimentary high-quality UV light.
