• For first-time use, begin by dropping the wax from a distance of 40cm-50cm onto your hand to test the temperature and find the suitable distance for yourself.
• Do not accumulate too much wax at once, as the more wax stored, the higher the temperature.
• Avoid completely burning through the bottom to prevent burns.
• Please avoid exposing your eyes and skin to UV light.
• For fluorescent style, it is recommended to expose the candle to UV light before use; the longer the exposure, the better the effect.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our candles, slight indentations at the base are normal. Minor bubbles and pores may be present, and slight variations in color and size can occur between batches. We strive to minimize these discrepancies, but perfectionists may wish to consider this before purchasing.

Once your order is placed, it will be sent to our fulfillment center, and we will not be able to process any changes to your order. Once an order is fulfilled, we cannot accept cancellations or make any changes, replacements, or modifications to your order. If any items are out of stock during order fulfillment, we will automatically remove those items from your order and refund the out-of-stock items using your original method of payment.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Asparkii Candle with your tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping notification, please check your spam folder first, and then contact us at asparkiicandles@gmail.com.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any used products. To be eligible for a refund or exchange for damaged goods, you must send photos of the product and a description of the damage to asparkiicandles@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. If eligible for a return, a customer service representative will provide instructions on how to return the goods.
