Please be aware that we do not accept exchanges and/or returns of any products that have been used. To qualify for a refund or exchange for
damaged goods, you must send a photo of the product along with a description of the damage to asparkiicandles@gmail.com within 24 hours of
receipt. If the return criteria are met, a customer service representative will provide instructions on how to return the item.
All reduced-price items are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
